1. Delivery rates
Due to rapidly increasing delivery costs, driven by excessive fuel prices and inflation, we now use region-specific delivery calculations at checkout to determine shipping rates.
2. Products are subject to availability
The website is updated daily, but in the event of the non-availability of any goods you order, we may offer a reasonable substitute. Alternatively, you will be refunded in full. If the goods delivered to you are incomplete or include incorrect goods, you must notify us promptly.
3. Delivery
Our delivery time frames: If your order is received before 12 pm on a working day, it will be dispatched that evening. Any orders received after 12 pm will be dispatched the following working day.
Following dispatch, most orders to the North Island will be delivered between 1-2 working days, and most orders to the South Island will be delivered within 2-4 working day days.
Delivery will be made to the address specified by you when you register on the website. We will not check or verify your addresses or other contact information supplied by you.
We shall have no liability to you whatsoever, financial, administrative or otherwise, if you do not receive your order as a result of your providing incorrect delivery address details.
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Ecoware cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather service interruptions, extreme heat, service interruptions, et cetera.
